30-Day Limited Workmanship Warranty

We stand behind our screen repair and installation workmanship.

This 30-day warranty covers:
✓ Installation-related failures
✓ Loose spline caused by installation
✓ Screen material separation caused by workmanship/Screen Manufacturer 

This warranty does not cover:
✗ Pet damage
✗ Tears, cuts, punctures, or accidental damage by anyone other than Window Gals. 
✗ Weather-related damage
✗ Improper handling or removal by anyone other than Window Gals. 
✗ Normal wear and tear
✗ Damage caused after service completion by outside factors

We will fix anything that is Window Gals related. Some screens need a little heat and humidity to make changes and expand and retract a little bit. That is why we ask for 30 days to see how they do. If after 30 days you notice an issue let us know and we will repair, it. anything that is past 30 days will be discounted.
